Welcome to your first step to a better tomorrow.

The mission of the Center for Coping's Coping Counselors is to help you cope with the difficulties of everyday life… medical problems, stress, depression, anxiety, bereavement, family or relationship issues, and other problems.

We help you to help yourself by teaching the specific coping skills that are best for you. Directed by Robert H. Phillips, Ph.D., the credentialed Coping Counselors at the Center for Coping provide a spectrum of individualized counseling and group services to improve your ability to cope.

The Coping Counselors offer Free screenings to determine to what degree affected by the problems you face, and what you can do about them. Or, an online questionnaire can be filled out and sent to our professional staff, confidentially, and one of our Coping Counselors will contact you by phone or e-mail (your choice) to review your answers.

We invite you to browse our site to learn more about us, and how we can help you. In addition, because of the new programs, services, strategies and materials that we periodically add, please check the What's New page regularly. Welcome!
